Description:
One post-doctoral position is available for a bioinformatician/computational biologist to study transcriptional and signal transduction networks in immunity. This is a very exciting opportunity and the bioinformatician will play an important role working alongside experimentalists and other bioinformaticians/CS both within the lab and in collaboration with major laboratories worldwide.
Candidates with an interest in gene regulation, network biology, and systems approaches are encouraged to apply. We are seeking highly qualified and motivated applicants with skills in sequence and network analysis and high-throughput genomics data.

Start date: Negotiable
Contract length: 3 years
Salary: 4.8-5.7 million yen per year
