Summarize the nature and level of work performed: 1.       Preceptor, mentor for staff nurses and nursing students to provide personalized and cost effective care to the patient in accordance to established hospital policies and procedures. 2.       Assist nurse manager to provide the highest standard of patient-centered care. 3.       Operates from a deep understanding of the total situation. Collaborates with other care providers to challenge and coordinate institutional resources to maximize advocacy for patient and family care in achieving the most effective outcomes.
