Description：
Organize, and implement program of training and education to professionals in PR China within Medical Division. Responsible for accelerating technique advancement in CZ related specialty to support business growth and establishing Zeiss as preferred partner for professional bodies and government authority.
Requirements：
Education：
University degree preferred in medicine, life science or related areas
Experience：
Better to have 1+ years experience in physician education and training with multinational medical device or pharmaceutical company
Preferred：Clinical ophthalmic working experience in hospital, familiar with cataract and retinal surgery
Other skills：
Strong organizational, communication and interperson skills
Strong negotiating and problem-solving competence
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;H5 and Wechat are preferred
Fluent in both spoken & written English and Mandarin
