职位描述

岗位职责: • Assist the Manager of Quality, Environmental Health and Safety in support of JCI Accreditation, including: o Formatting policies and procedures, o Assisting departments in the creation and revision of existing policies/procedures, o Assisting in staff education o Document translation o Internal audits • Manage Risk Management/Patient Safety issues as per the occurrence/sentinel event & peer review policies. • Implementation of the quality and safety plan, including gathering managerial and clinical indicators, preparation and presentation of reports, managing performance improvement projects, as per the Quality Monitors and Performance Improvement policies. • Manage documentation as per the Document Control & Document Creation & Change policies. • Manage and supervise the drill schedule for all drills in the hospital and clinics • Manage and maintain government inspection database and work any follow up actions related to government reports and recommendations. • Assign and monitor tasks in order to meet policy requirements. • Be an advocate for the department staff, helping to resolve staff issues & reporting to the Manager as appropriate. • Attend meetings as assigned and report on actions. • Any other tasks as assigned by the Manager of Quality, Environmental Health and Safety Department. • Monitor departmental and hospital wide quality indicators and assist with dashboard data • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager 任职要求: • Good English communication both in oral and written • Excellent data analyzing skills with professional tools and sensitive with numbers • Excellent computer ability, particularly the ability to manipulate documents in Microsoft Word, Excel with ability to aggregate data, and to create PowerPoint presentations • Ability to work and communicate with staff from all levels of the organization • Ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision making • Ability to lead and manage staff, including: o Delegating tasks o Managing projects from start to finish o Resolving staff differences & promoting cooperation • Knowledge of local governmental laws and regulations
