职位描述

岗位职责: Responsibilities: • Assess training needs for different UFH facilities, standardize/develop training curriculums, programs based on the clinical needs. 评估不同院区的培训需求标准化制定培训课程和计划 • Lead, organize and or supervise UFH nursing general and specialty training internally and externally 领导、组织、监督内/外部护理培训 • Evaluate, train, guide, coach facility nursing training managers/educators for improvement and development via regular visit UFH facilities, online communication, meeting etc. 通过多种方式,评估、培训、指导各院区护理培训部经理/教员不断提升教学质量。 • Participates in train the trainers to build a strong nursing teaching team and improve the teaching skills in general参与讲师培训,建立强大的护理教学团队,并全面提高教学能力 • Evaluate quality of teaching and effectiveness of teaching 评估教学质量及教学效果 • Competent to lead and organize UFH annual nurse promotion program 具备引领UFH年度护士晋升考试项目 • Competent to lead, organize and further develop UFH nurse residency program. Overall manage whole program, improve training outcome based on the clinical needs. 具备领导、组织和开发UFH护士培训生项目的能力。全面管理整个项目,根据临床需求提高培训效果。 • Participates in exploring the possibilities to build UFH nursing training center and school of nursing参与探索建立UFH护理培训中心和护理学院的可能性 • Evaluate clinical needs and plan training programs accordingly. 评估临床需求计划护理培训 • Leading and creating UFH nurse training plan, provide or monitor class training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops within UFH wide.在UFH范围内组织、计划、监督不同形式的培训内容 • Participates in provide leadership development plan. 参与护理领导力培养计划 • Participates in plan and evaluate the implementation of training activities, budget spending, material production. 参与规划和评估培训方式、预算支出和教学材料提供的实施情况。 • Assist with the development of strategic plans. 协助制定战略计划 • Evaluates clinical needs and develops nursing research based on the problem evidence. 根据临床发现的问题评估需求并开展护理研究。 • Fully support for whole UFH external and internal training. 全面支持UFH内部、外部的护理培训 任职要求: Qualifications: Qualifications: Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor degree in nursing or higher 护理本科学历或以上 Minimum Experience Requirement- Minimal 3 years teaching experience in nursing 护理教学3年工作经验或以上 Skills • Good interpersonal communication skills 良好的人际沟通能力 • Good organizational and coordination skills 良好的组织协调能力 • Good nursing experience in general 总体上有良好的护理经验 • Strong nursing knowledge 很强的护理知识背景 • Strong teaching skills 很强的教学经验 • Competent for assessing, planning, organizing, implementing in nursing training among UFH nursing 具备在UFH范围内组织、计划和实施培训的胜任力 • Competent for develop curriculums, programs creatively for nurse training. 具备开创性计划护理培训的能力 • Competent to work with nursing administrative team to prioritize and organize training programs. 具备与各院区护理部合作根据优先需求开展培训的能力 • Competent to work with people from a variety of backgrounds 具备和不同背景人群合作的能力 • Excellent English language skills and ability to teach English learners. 优秀的英语教学能力 Knowledge • Understanding of the health bureau policies 了解卫生局政策 • Understanding of UFH policies and procedures 了解UFH政策 • Understanding of quality and safety standards based on JCIA requirement 根据JCIA的要求理解质量安全标准 • Understanding of clinical flow of both Inpatient and Outpatient Nursing Units 了解住院部及门诊部的工作流程 • Understand various nursing specialty needs based on facility scope of service 了解各院区的专科发展需求
