岗位职责: 职责Responsibilities: 1. 药物管理和使用 – 监督和监控区域整体质量标准和药物安全相关制度，确保遵守政策法规和达成所制定的指标 2. 临床 - 制定临床路径和方案，充分利用市场临床药学服务和团队的资源共享， 积极组织参与药物重整、多学科团队病历讨论和药物治疗咨询 3. 信息药学 - 确保HIS在药学、临床和非临床团队中的顺利实施和同质化运作 4. 人力资源 - 管理区域药房人员配备计划，包括招聘、员工培训、持续人员绩效评估和制定职业发展路径。 监控各药房的工作量和员工效率，并灵活地跨院区调动员工以满足运营和新业务开展需求 5. 库存 – 与医院供应链部门紧密合作，审查和制定动态库存（包括疫苗）计划，在满足临床需求同时实现库存管理目标 6. 协助制定和实施市场目标和战略，以实现业务增长目标，包括推广创新药物和医院扩展项目需求 7. 识别科研机会，积极推进药物相关实践研究项目 8. 与关键部门和企业协调，积极推进创新药品的准入并保证其供应 1. Medication management and use – Overseeing and monitoring market overall quality standard and medication safety related policies, ensure compliance with government policies and regulations 2. Clinical - Formulation of clinical pathways and protocols, actively involving in medication reconciliation, multi-disciplinary team consultations, treatment inquiries to make best use of market clinical pharmacy services and team 3. Informatics - Ensuring smooth implementation and standardized operation of HIS among pharmacy, clinical and non-clinical teams 4. Human Resource - Manage market pharmacy staffing plan, including recruitment, staff training, continuous performance assessment and career development. Monitor workload and staff productivities across facilities and flexibility to mobilize workforce to meet operation needs 5. Inventory – Work closely with supply chain management team, review and develop plan for inventory (including vaccine) to meet dynamic clinical needs and achieve inventory management goals 6. Assists with the development and implementation of market goals and strategies to meet business growth goals, including promoting innovation drugs and facility expansion projects 7. Identify research opportunities and actively promote medication related practice research projects 8. Facilitate with key stakeholders for priority access to innovative drugs and ensure its supply 其他职责 Other Duties Performed-  履行市场药剂科经理的职责。  和睦家医疗处方集委员会及质量安全团队，药事网络，免疫接种网络成员  为 医疗团队提供药物教育培训和更新。  定期汇报并执行区域CMO和总药师布置的其他任务  Performs the duties of pharmacy manager of a market facility  Member of the committees including UFH Drug Formulary Committee , Quality & Safety team and Pharmacy and Immunization Networks  Provides drug education training and updates for all healthcare team.  Regular reporting and perform other tasks as assigned by Market CMO and Director of Pharmacy 任职要求: 任职条件Qualifications:  毕业于知名药学院，至少获得硕士学位  > 10 年的医院环境经验，最近 5 年在管理岗工作  持有有效的药剂师执照  高级职称优先  科研经验加成 • Graduate of a reputable pharmacy school with master degree minimum • > 10 years’ experience in hospital setting, with the last 5 years in the management team • Registered pharmacist with active license • Senior professional title highly desirable • Research experience highly desirable 技能Skills:  流利的中英文书写和口语  具有出色的领导能力、解决问题能力和沟通能力 • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese • Have excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills 知识Knowledge: • 了解与药品, 特殊管制药品和药学实践有关的政府法律法规 • 了解药物信息，熟悉工作场所的药物参考资源 • 了解库存管理, 成本控制和预算 • Knowledge of government laws pertaining to drugs, narcotics and pharmacy practice • Knowledge of drug information and familiar with drug reference resources in work place • Knowledge of inventory management, cost control and budget
