CT 技师优先，英文工作语言 we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Clinical Application Specialist to join the Workflow Solutions team. In this role, you will provide clinical expertise and collaborate with Product Management, Experience Design, Usability and Engineering to define clinical workflows & product requirements for workflow solutions. The ideal candidate is a registered healthcare professional with a strong clinical and hospital background in CT, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Validation: Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to gather and validate clinical requirements for new products and product enhancements. Conduct in-depth analysis of clinical workflows, pain points, and end-user needs to ensure product development aligns with real-world scenarios and customer expectations. Prioritize and document product requirements, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure clarity and consensus. Clinical Input & Feedback: Act as a clinical subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance throughout the product development process. Review product designs, prototypes, and technical specifications, offering feedback and suggestions to improve usability, functionality, and alignment with clinical best practices. Participate in product testing and validation, ensuring that products meet or exceed clinical performance and safety standards. User Experience & Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with user experience (UX) designers and other team members to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex medical imaging tasks. Analyze and optimize clinical workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall user satisfaction. Support the development of user guides, training materials, and other resources to help customers seamlessly integrate products into their clinical workflows. Key Qualifications: Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Registered healthcare professional with relevant certifications (e.g., Health Professional Qualification, ARRT, RDMS, or equivalent). Advanced certifications or training in specialized medical imaging modalities are highly desirable (e.g., CT, MRI, Ultrasound). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in CT medical imaging, preferably in a hospital or imaging center setting, experience on all modalities (CT, MRI, X-ray at minimum) is highly desirable. Prior experience in providing training, education, or technical support for medical imaging products and software is highly preferred. Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and other medical imaging information systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in the use and interpretation of various medical imaging modalities, such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
