岗位职责: 项目介绍： 和睦家医疗管理培训生计划将包括 12 个月的集中培训、轮岗培训及定岗实践。 在完成相应轮岗及考核后，管培生将进入优势资源培养人才梯队，进入一线科室或是其它职能部门，如业务运营、市场营销、临床质量以及其他职能部门（例如集中采购、总务）等方向的人才晋升发展快速通道，致力于成为未来医疗领域核心人才。 管培生将收获： 1. 中国私立医疗领域深耕平均 10 年以上的和睦家总部及区域高管作为专属导师； 2. 经验丰富的人力资源总监/经理提供职业生涯指导； 3. 聚焦和睦家文化、领导能力、多样性、人际关系技巧和商业运营策略等方面的分享交 流，并在专业和个人发展上获得帮助； 4. 新风医疗管理层深度参与项目，指导和支持管培生的发展。 Program Overview: The United Family Healthcare Management Trainee Program will include 12 months of intensive training, rotation training, and fixed-post practice. After completing the corresponding rotation and assessment, management trainees will enter the talent development pipeline for key resources, and enter the fast-track talent promotion and development channel for front-line departments or other functional departments, such as business operations, marketing, clinical quality, and other functional departments (e.g., centralized procurement, general affairs), and are committed to becoming core talents in the future medical field. Management trainees will gain: 1. Exclusive mentorship from United Family headquarters and regional executives with an average of over 10 years of experience in the private healthcare sector in China. 2. Career guidance from experienced HR directors/managers. 3. Learning on United Family culture, leadership, diversity, interpersonal skills, and business operation strategies, and assistance in professional and personal development. 4. In-depth participation of New Frontier Healthcare management in guiding and supporting the development of management trainees. 任职要求: 1、对医疗服务行业有热情，内心强大、爱创新、有担当、实干主义； 2、国（境）内外世界排名靠前的本科或硕士2024至2025年应届毕业生； 3、英文可以作为工作语言。 1. Passionate about the healthcare industry, strong-minded, innovative, responsible, and pragmatic. 2. Undergraduate or master's graduates from 2024-2025 from world-renowned universities at home and abroad. 3. English can be used as a working language.
