Job Description 岗位职责 -Working closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based quality cosmetic dermatological or surgical care in outpatient and/or inpatient settings if needed。与同事密切合作，在门诊或住院（必要时）工作中，积极提供以循证医学为基础的美容皮肤科或美容外科优质诊疗服务。 -Able to applying various cosmetic devices including laser, thermage, Ultherapy and cosmetic injections or surgeries (for cosmetic plastic surgeon) independently within the privileged range. 能够独立完成授权范围内的医疗美容仪器操作，包括但不限于激光、热玛吉、超声炮、美容注射，或美容外科手术（美容整形外科医生）。 -Assisting external specialist for the consultation, procedure and peri-operative care (for cosmetic plastic surgeon) if needed. 根据需要，配合支持外部专家的门诊、手术和围手术期管理（美容整形外科医生）。 -Implement quality improvement activities in collaborating with Chief/MA/CMO/MAB. 与科室主任/医务部/首席医疗官/医学顾问委员会合作，开展医疗质量改进活动。 -Attend Parkway CME activities and provide own professional CME lectures. 参加百汇继续教育活动，并提供本专业的继续教育讲座。 -Collaborating closely with the marketing team and healthcare team in promoting the practice of cosmetic dermatology/plastic surgery as well as participating in various other activities. 支持并与市场营销团队密切合作，促进美容皮肤科或美容整形外科推广科普活动。 -Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级布置的其他任务。 Qualifications 任职要求 -Bachelor degree or above in Medicine 医学学士及以上学历 -Holding a current and active Medical License 持有效的医疗相关执照（如医师资格证、医师执业证、医师职称证、美容主诊医师证等） -Minimum 5 years post-residence doctor clinical experience 至少五年住院医师培训后临床工作经历 -Strong command of English and/or Mandarin (other languages are a plus) 英语和普通话流利（如若有其他语言能力优先考虑） -Flexible with clinic/hospital locations and clinical hours (extended day shift or weekend shift) 接收灵活的诊所/医院工作地点和临床工作时间（如延长日班或周末班） -Ability to work in a collaborative team environment 较好的团队合作 -Ability to work in a multi-culture, multi-discipline environment 胜任多学科的工作模式和多元化工作环境
