耳鼻咽喉科医师 ENT Physician

Job Description 岗位职责   • Work closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based quality ENT care in both outpatient and inpatient setting. 与同事密切合作，在门诊和住院工作中，积极提供以循证医学为基础的优质耳鼻喉科诊疗。 • Able to perform surgery cases independently within the privileged range. 能够独立完成授权范围内的手术。 • Supporting Healthcare management center to provide the checkup service. 与健康管理团队密切合作，支持耳鼻喉科相关疾病等外科疾病的体检筛查。 • Assisting external specialist doctors for the consultation, procedure and peri-operative care. 协助支持外部专家的门诊、手术和围手术期管理。 • Implement quality improvement activities in collaborating with Chief/MA/CMO/MAB. 与科室主任/医务部/首席医疗官/医学顾问委员会合作，开展医疗质量改进活动。 • Attend Parkway CME activities and provide own professional CME lectures. 参加百汇继续教育活动，并提供本专业的继续教育讲座。 • Collaborating closely with the marketing team and healthcare team in promoting the practice of ENT Surgery as well as participating in various other activities. 支持并与商务部门密切合作，促进五官科的医疗科普推广活动。 • Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级布置的其他任务。 Qualifications 任职要求   1. Bachelor degree or above in Medicine医学学士及以上学历 2. Completed full training in ENT surgery in an accredited training program. 完成耳鼻喉科专科培训。 3. Active licensure in state, province, or country of origin or past residence. 持有效的医疗相关执照（如医师资格证、医师执业证、医师职称证等） 4. Minimum 10 years clinical surgical experience. 十年及以上耳鼻喉科相关工作经验。 5. Preference for candidates with expertise in Trauma or endoscopy. 擅长内窥镜下检查和手术经验优先。 6. Strong command of English and/or Mandarin (other languages are a plus) 英语和普通话流利（如若有其他语言能力优先考虑）  7. Flexible with clinic/hospital locations and clinical hours (extended day shift or weekend shift) 接收灵活的诊所/医院工作地点和临床工作时间（如延长日班或周末班） 8. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment 较好的团队合作 9.
