职位描述
• Help to follow up respective documentation required in medical affairs.
• Handle business correspondence which may include letters, memos, emails, fax messages, reports, etc.
• Handle payment request for rental, utilities, maintenance and any other contracts used by office and clinic.
• Support Shanghai different functional teams’ implementation plans for Shenzhen clinic, like finance\procurement, etc.
• Maintain clinic and office supplies, include raising OA/PR and receiving of goods, equipment, weekly rations (flowers, magazines, brochures), replenishment of supplies & consumables, maintain stock inventory, report on faulty equipment and track transfers of equipment.
• Arrange for new staff on-boarding logistics, locker assignment, temporary badge creation, uniform measurement and purchase.
• Maintain a key management system for all keys used within the clinic.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, trainings and the necessary logistics.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Medical Director, Nursing / Operation Managers.
• Assist Clinic Manager with clinical products promotion and pricing.
• Assist Clinic Manager with clinical schedule management.
• Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
