SUMMARY 概述 This position is responsible for handling clinical-related issues, internal and external, for Align Technology in China. Responsibilities fall in four broad categories but may not be limited to: • Treatment planning • Conduct and provide high quality training of customers (doctors) and/or speaking in clinical settings on behalf of the company. • Clinical Support to customers on ClinCheck, attachment and troubleshooting, especially to key accounts. • Contributor or review of clinical content of doctor education/marketing materials and internal clinical education materials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Clinical department, ensuring all clinical activities and projects meet company standards and objectives. • Provide advanced ClinCheck review and clinical support, with a focus on the needs and satisfaction of key clients. • Handle complex ClinCheck-related complaints and troubleshooting, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively. • Establish and oversee internal clinical education programs to enhance the clinical knowledge and skills of staff. • Represent the company at academic and professional events, enhancing the company's professional image in the clinical field. • Provide clinical feedback for research projects and new product launches to drive continuous product improvement. • Collaborate with local KOLs and speakers to develop high-quality publications for use as case studies by the company. • Ensure all clinical activities and projects adhere to departmental procedures, achieving 100% accuracy and completeness. • Enhance the team's understanding of products and processes through ongoing employee training and development. • Serve as the coordinator for local clinical studies, managing clinical research and projects while also supporting national or global initiatives. • Support the education team to ensure the localization and implementation of regional and national education plans. • Travel as needed to support local educational events, client visits, or training. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 学历和/或经历 • Master’s degree or equivalent; Certificate of Dentistry from an accredited University; Master of Orthodontics degree or equivalent is desired.
