岗位职责: 为期一年的和睦家护士培训生项目将于2025年8月正式开始。 培训形式为授课加临床实习。培训地点在北京。 培训内容包括：理论知识及临床技能，有效交流及沟通技巧，评判性思维，职业行为规范及服务标准，浸泡式英语等，教学形式采用混合式教学方法进行教学，包括：线上网课、线下面授、模拟教学和临床实践等。 培训结束后将在和睦家医院北京区工作。 和睦家医疗承担所有的培训费用，并提供具有市场竞争力的薪酬，全面的综合福利，工作餐以及住宿补贴等。 United Family Nurse Training Program Program Overview: The one-year United Family Nurse Training Program will officially commence in August 2025. Program Structure: The program combines classroom instruction with clinical practice. The training will take place in Beijing. Program Content: The program curriculum includes theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, professional conduct and service standards, and immersive English training. Full-time nursing major or above from 2024-2025 2. Pass the nurse qualification exam by May 2025 (or earlier) 3. Prefer those with clinical internship experience in tertiary hospitals 4.
