岗位职责: • 监测标本的采集，信息识别，运送，储存和处理过程，以确保标本检测前的质量。 • 根据操作规程准备试剂，标准品和质控。 • 对生化、血液、血库、微生物（如果包括微生物鉴定和药敏实验）免疫和/或体液的标本进行检测。 • 审核报告前确认结果的准确性。 • 做质控以此确保仪器功能正常，试剂的稳定性和操作过程的准确性。能够识别仪器的故障和失控的实验结果，采取相应的措施并报告组长。 • 遵循已制定的程序维护保养仪器和设备。 • 回答医生和护士关于检验的问题。接受投诉并采取相应的措施。 • 执行全方位的化学、微生物学、免疫学、血液学和血库以及体液实验室程序。 •参与实验室新技术和程序的评估。 •评估和解决与收集和处理生物标本进行分析相关的问题。 •区分并解决问题或意外测试结果的技术、仪器、生理原因。 1. Monitor the specimen collection, information identification, transportation, storage and processing processes to ensure the quality of the specimen before testing. 2. Prepare reagents, standards and quality controls according to the operating procedures. 3. Perform testing on specimens from biochemistry, hematology, blood bank, microbiology (including microbiology identification and drug susceptibility testing if applicable), immunology and/or body fluids. 4. Verify the accuracy of the results before the report is reviewed. 5. Perform quality control to ensure proper functioning of the instruments, stability of the reagents and accuracy of the operating procedures. Be able to recognize instrument malfunctions and out-of-control test results, take appropriate actions and report to the supervisor. 6. Maintain and service instruments and equipment according to established procedures. 7. Answer questions from physicians and nurses regarding laboratory tests. Receive complaints and take appropriate actions. 8. Perform the full range of chemistry, microbiology, immunology, hematology and blood bank as well as body fluid laboratory procedures. 9. Participate in the evaluation of new laboratory technologies and procedures. 10. Evaluate and troubleshoot problems associated with the collection and handling of biological specimens for analysis. 11. College degree or above in laboratory technology or a related field. 2. Experience working or interning in a laboratory in a tertiary hospital is preferred. 3. Holding a laboratory technician qualification certificate is preferred. 4. Understanding of the basic scientific principles of laboratory testing as well as the techniques, procedures and troubleshooting involved. 5. A general understanding of the many factors that affect health and disease and an appreciation of the importance of correct test selection, the many causes of discrepancies in test results (patient and laboratory), the biases in test results and the ethics involved including result confidentiality. 6. Correlating abnormal data with disease states, determining the validity of test results, and whether additional testing is warranted. 7. Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 8. Excellent communication skills, service awareness and team spirit.
