整形外科医生

岗位职责: 1.为患者提供整形/美容手术服务； 2.单独或作为团队的一部分进行患者查房。审查主观和客观结果，包括实验室、诊断测试、生命体征、伤口状态和引流管，并在必要时向高级顾问医生提供数据。 3.提供与手术、药物、治疗目标等相关的患者教育。根据需要安排咨询和患者转移。 4.与内部临床团队合作，确定住院和门诊治疗和出院需求的诊断和治疗。 5.按照指示停止引流、更换敷料、伤口评估、取出吻合钉和缝合线、使用石膏和夹板以及取出。 6.为住院或门诊就诊患者撰写进度日志及病历记录。 7.通过延长医院疗程评估患者的进展，利用可用资源，并在必要时进行干预，以确保实现最佳的患者结果。 8.为护理人员提供有关患者护理问题的资源。 9.如有需要，协助高级顾问处理外科病例； 1. Provide plastic/cosmetic surgical services to patients. 2. Perform patient rounds alone or as part of a team. Review subjective and objective findings, including labs, diagnostic tests, vital signs, wound status, and drains, and provide data to senior consultant physicians as needed. 3. Provide patient education related to surgery, medications, treatment goals, etc. Schedule appointments and patient transfers as needed. 4. Collaborate with the internal clinical team to determine diagnosis and treatment for inpatient and outpatient treatment and discharge needs. 5. Remove drains, change dressings, perform wound assessments, remove staples and sutures, apply and remove casts and splints as directed. 6.Take notes and medical records for inpatients or outpatients seen in clinic. 7. Evaluate patient progress through extended hospital course, utilizing available resources and intervening as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 8. Provide resources for nursing staff regarding patient care concerns. 9. Assist senior consultants with surgical cases if needed. 任职要求: 1. 全日制临床医学硕士及以上学历，整形外科相关专业优先； 2. 具有执业医师资质，完成规范化培训； 3. 有三甲医院临床实习经验，医院规培经历优先; 4. 较好的英文听说读写能力； 5. 优秀的沟通技能、服务意识及团队合作精神。 1. Full-time master's degree in clinical medicine or above, prefer majors related to plastic surgery; 2. Possess a practicing physician qualification and have completed standardized training; 3. Have clinical internship experience in a tertiary hospital, prefer those who have hospital training experience; 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; 5. Excellent communication skills, service awareness and team spirit.
