*Position Title: Manager Nursing and Clinical Services Asia Pacific, Care Delivery International (CDI) *The working location of this position can be any city of China. *Travel overseas to conferences, training and corporate events may be required Summary of Role: The function of the Manager Nursing and Clinical Services Asia Pacific is to provide clinical staff and other key stakeholders, guidance, subject matter expertise and support with respect to Infection Prevention and Control, Nursing programs, Clinical Quality, their professional development and educational services by assisting and supporting those with knowledge and skills. As liaison between Hemodialysis Clinics and Management this position will result in Nursing Quality & IP&C enhancement activities of all FMC-AP Dialysis Clinics in collaboration with Senior Director Nursing and Clinical Services AP and the sub-region/country leaders. Responsibilities in Detail: *In collaboration with the Senior Director Nursing and Clinical Services AP and other team members, implements strategies to meet required objectives of Infection Prevention & Control, Clinical Quality and patient outcomes *Strengthens the link between research and clinical practice by facilitating the understanding and application of research and evidence-based practice. *Maintains currency of knowledge and expertise in the designated functional areas of chronic renal failure and associated renal replacement therapies, and Clinical Quality and Safety areas *Partners with internal and external clients to coordinate service and foster high trust relationships to achieve strategic and operational Clinical & Quality Education objectives Requirements: Qualifications: *Registered Nurse *Relevant Post Graduate Qualifications - Nephrology, Education and/or Management *Proven consistent updates of clinical skills and knowledge Experience *Min. 10 years nephrology nursing experience *Min. 3 years management experience *Extensive experience in Public Speaking and delivering education *Adult Education – formal course desirable Characteristics Required *Ability to work within a multidisciplinary multicultural team *Sensitivity to and respect for individual and cultural differences *Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously within the scope of the role *Ability to represent the organization in a professional manner and build and maintain effective relationships *Highly organized with proven experience in self-initiated projects and communication *Travel overseas to conferences, training and corporate events may be required
