岗位职责: • Monitor specimen collection, identification, transport, storage, and processing to ensure quality of specimen before testing. • Prepare reagents, standards and controls according to prescribed procedures. • Performs tests and sample analysis in all areas of clinical chemistry, hematology& Blood bank, microbiology, immunology and Body fluid analysis etc. • Perform quality control to ensure proper function of instruments reagents ,and procedure. • Recognize instrument malfunction and out of control test results and know how to resolve problem. • Maintains test equipment and instruments, follow the established procedures. • Provide consultation for the physicians and nurses related to laboratory tests, accepts the complaints, and initiates corrective actions • Assist group leader to train new employees the laboratory techniques and write orientation protocols. • Gives lectures on lab test techniques or related diseases in laboratory • Participates in education class and continuing education programs, Attends workshops, Seminars, and lectures to keep current on new instrumentation, techniques and procedures as assigned by the manager and group leader. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned from manager and group leader. • Following UFH’s commitment to educating the next generation of medical professionals, physicians will be responsible, as part of their ongoing duties, for mentoring, precepting, teaching and supervising UFH fellows or other relevant trainees. • Additional job responsibilities as assigned by supervisor, department chair or CMO. • Will agree to serve on at least one hospital/clinic committee. • Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other physicians and Department Chairperson. • Exemplifies highest levels of professionalism and medical ethics in every aspect of his or her work and relationships. 任职要求: 1. Related bachelor's degree, or others with certification as a laboratory technologist. 2. Intermediate English level in listening, speaking, reading, and writing is preferred. 3. Perform full range of chemistry, microbiology ( ID&ATB included;  ID&ATB excluded), immunology, hematology & Blood Bank and body fluid laboratory procedures. 4. Participates in the evaluation of new techniques and procedures in the laboratory. 5. Evaluates and solves problems related to collection and processing of biological specimens for analysis. 6. Differentiates and resolves technical, instrument, physiologic causes of problems or unexpected test results. 7. An understanding of the underlying scientific principles of laboratory testing (( ID&ATB included; ID&ATB excluded) as well as the technical, procedural, and problem-solving aspects. 8. A general comprehension of the many factors that affect health and disease, and recognizes the importance of proper test selection, the numerous causes of discrepant test results (patient and laboratory), deviation of test results, and ethics including result confidentiality 9. Correlates abnormal data with pathologic states, determines validity of test results, and need for additional tests. 10. Understands and enforces safety regulations.
