岗位职责: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:主要职责： 1. Provide plastic/cosmetics surgery service to patients within the privileged scope为执业范围内的患者提供整形/美容手术服务; 2. Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of the team. Review subjective and objective findings including labs, diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains and provide data to senior consultant surgeons when necessary. 每日独立或与团队协作进行查房。审查主观和客观结果，包括实验室、诊断测试、生命体征、伤口状态和积液引流情况，并在必要时向高级顾问外科医生提供数据。 3. Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc. Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed. 提供与手术、药物、治疗目标等相关的患者教育。根据需要安排咨询和患者转诊。 4. Collaborates with internal clinical team in the establishment of diagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. 与内部临床团队合作，确定住院和门诊患者的诊断和治疗方案及出院需求。 5. Discontinue drains, dressings changes, wound assessments, staple and suture removal, cast and splint applications and removal as indicated. 按照指征对患者进行停止引流、更换敷料、伤口评估、取出吻合钉和缝合线、使用/取出石膏和夹板等操作。 6. Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients. Writes progress notes for each patient seen in clinic. 为住院患者写每日进度记录。为每位在诊所就诊的患者撰写病程记录。 7. Assesses patient’s progress through extended hospital course, utilizes available resources, and intervenes as necessary to ensure that optimal patient outcomes are achieved.评估患者的恢复进程，利用可用资源，在必要时进行干预，以确保实现最佳的治疗效果。 8. Actively be involved in patient complaints, and review each peer review in an adjudication role 处理患者投诉。进行同业审查和病例审查; 9. Work closely with facility Regulatory Officers to ensure practice patterns meet and conform to regulatory requirements within China and Tianjin Municipality 与医院合规办公室密切合作，确保医疗工作符合中国和天津市的监管要求; 10. In line with the Hospital strategy, develop and implement programs for growth – to reflect increase activity, complexity and scope of service 与医院发展策略保持一致，制定本科室提高医疗服务的规模、范围和技术水平的计划。 11. Prepares an annual budget and a list for CAPEX which is submitted to the Board of Business 起草科室的年度预算及大型设备采购计划清单 12. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with CMO and other surgical teams; 与科室主任和其他外科团队合作，在科室内开展质量改进活动； 13. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader of the Department in supporting departmental goals与部门行政负责人密切合作，支持部门达成目标 14. Perform any other duties as may be requested by the CMO or designee 履行首席医疗官可能分配的其他任务; 任职要求: QUALIFICATIONS资格 • Medical qualification from recognized institution; 认可的医疗资格； • Wide range of clinical knowledge and skill in Plastic Surgery/Cosmetics; 广泛的整形外科/医疗美容临床知识和技能； • At least more than 5 years of clinical experience in Plastic Surgery/Cosmetics; 至少5年以上整形外科/医疗美容临床经验； • Previous experience and working knowledge of management techniques with proven successful service within a medical staff structure preferred 具备在医疗人员体系中有成功服务经验和管理知识者优先; Skills: 技能： • Communication skills in both Chinese and English; 中英文沟通能力； • Computer skills. 计算机技能
