STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
To provide administrative support to Shenzhen Clinic.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) SPECIFIC (80%)
1. Help in the analysis an******** of data to improve work processes, including the preparation an******** submissions of monthly repor******** rosters, patient fee******** consumables listings.
2. Handle business correspondence which may include letters, memos, ema******** fax messages, reports, etc.
3. Handle government relations an******** up respective documentation require******** license application for the clinic.
4. Handle payment request for rental, ut******** maintenance an******** other contracts use******** clinics.
5. Ensure proper filing an******** of all clinic staff’s recor******** such as leave plans, training recor******** forms, l******** circulars an********.
6. Maintain clinic suppl******** include raising OA/PR an******** of goods,e******** weekly rations (flowers, magaz******** brochures), replenishment of supplies & consumables, maintain stock ******** report on faulty equipment an******** transfers of equipment.
7. Arrange for new staff on-boarding log******** locker ass******** temporary badge creat******** uniform measurement an********.
8. Maintain a key management system for all keys use******** the clinic.
9. Arrange an******** meet******** trainings an******** necessary logistics.
10. Maintain confidentiality of information at all times.
(B) GENERAL (20%)
1. Participate in initiating an******** change to improve the quality of work processes in the clinic.
2. To be able to plan an******** assignments
3. To perform any other duties as assigne******** the Medical D******** Nursing / Operation Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(A) EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum high school certificate
Familiar with computer, Microsoft Applications,Internet an******** office equipment.

Fluent in Mandarin & English
